Amber’s a/v needs
Screen (preferable off center - right or left corner) big enough to fill the space behind her
Lavalier microphone
(1) 8-foot table in the back of the room, or right outside of the room where Amber will be speaking
Amber is visually impaired and would like to be guided on and off of the stage. Please allow her to hold your elbow as you guide her and always make sure that she is visible to the audience when walking on and off stage.
